The premises are almost 6 m high and have incredible shop windows specially designed by the world-famous architect Mr. Daniel Liebeskind. The entrance to our new property is next to the entrance to Zlote Tarasy shopping centre, one of the most successful Polish multifunctional shopping malls in the heart of Warsaw.
Alongside our portfolio of apartments at Zlota 44 with the purchase of the entire commercial space in the building, we have become the largest polish investor at this most prestigious residential building in Poland.
The tenants of the retail space at Zlota are Santander Bank and PROJEKT 44 Restaurant.
Santander bank chose our commercial unit to open its first flagship branch which includes co-working space for customers and a coffee shop.
Projekt 44 Restaurant is run by a famous Polish restaurant owner Mr. Jozef Krawczyk who owns number of restaurants in Warsaw and Wroclaw incl. “Niewinni Czarodzieje” run together with Polish entertainer Kuba Wojewodzki.
