October 2019 After extensive renovation Emilii Plater 47 apartment is ready We have completed an extensive renovation of the 3 room apartment at Emili Plater47. The apartment has unparalleled views of the iconic building: Palace of Science and Culture.

05.2019 Boutique specialising in underwear and exclusive clothing- a new tenant at KEN Avenue in Warsaw Premises at KEN Avenue has been adopted to host an exclusive boutique with exclusive clothing and lingerie. Opening soon.

Our new tenant – a shushi restaurant has finished the adaptation of the premises and started its operatrions. The new restaurant provides both on-site and take away service.

We have secured a new lease agreement of a retail unit at Kondratowicza Street in Warsaw. KIND – our new tenant specializes in distribution of hearing aids. KIND has several dozens of branches throughout Poland.

This month we finished complete renovation of another apartment for short-term rental. The portfolio of our apartments has been increasing steadily.
