At the beginning of 2024 we moved our headquarters from the iconic building Złota 44 to our new penthouse apartment at the top 28th floor of Unique Tower in Central Business District. Unique Tower is the only high-rise apartment building in Central Warsaw which comprises a 5-star hotel as well as luxury apartments on the top floors of the building. With a portfolio of three- and four-bedroom apartments we are proud to be the largest Polish investor in this prestigious building.
We completed a full renovation and furnishing of 28 apartments in central district of Warsaw during the course of 2024. All our new apartments are located in premium buildings in the best neighbourhoods of the capital city. The airconditioned apartments were completed with the collaboration of our inhouse architect and were furnished with top quality designer pieces.
In order to continue our growth journey, we completed several preliminary agreements to acquire residential properties that will be completed during the course of 2025.
Our commercial properties continued to perform strongly, with the vacancy rate at 3%. We proved once again our ability to grow our asset base despite challenging real estate financing conditions.
