We successfully completed seven premium apartment divestments in the first quarter of 2024. Among the sold properties was a spectacular four-bedroom in the most prestigious residential building in Warsaw, Złota 44.  Our divestment value was more than double our acquisition costs, which will facilitate our continued expansion in the booming Warsaw property market.

Taking advantage of very favourable market conditions, we completed the divestment of several commercial properties over the last quarter. The commercial units were fully leased and located in Al. United States, Cybernetyki Street and Al. Rodowicza Anody. The divestment generated significant profit, enabling us to accelerate our growth ambitions in the Warsaw residential market.
