Facing very strong tenant demand we have decided to divide our newly vacated retail unit at Kasprowicza 68 directly opposite metro station Wrzeciono into 3 units.
First part of the unit will be consolidated into neighbouring Rossmann shop, which is also located in a property owned by us, expanding the shop to approximately 350 m².
A new State Lottery shop and a Florist will open in the remaining two retail units.
