After signing two new lease agreements with Dobro&Dobro Cafe and a fashion retailer Polka we have completed the commercialization of our retail units at Kasprowicza 68. Kasprowicza 68 retail park has been in our portfolio for more than 10 years now. Over time we have adopted the tenant mix to better represent the needs of the local community, replacing banking / finance services tenants with tenants offering products and services catering to everyday needs of the local community and commuters (it is strategically located at the entry to the metro station Wawrzyszew).
Currently all the retail units at Kasprowicza 68 are fully leased to such tenants as Cosmetics Retailer Rossmann, Apteka Ziko Totalizator Sportowy, flower shop Hortus Deliciarum, Dobro&Dobro Cafe, Żabka 24/7, fashion retailer Polka
