We signed a preliminary agreement to purchase a portfolio of two-bedroom apartments in three separate buildings in “Kolej na 19” a compound located in Warsaw business district Wola.
Our new apartments are located at Kolejowa street, next to the iconic XIX District (Dziewiętnasta Dzielnica), and close to both the metro station Rondo Daszyńskiego and the train station at Dworzec Zachodni. All the apartments have balconies with some units boasting large terraces of up to 30m2. The air-conditioned apartments will undergo full fit out works and will be supplied with top quality furnishings before commercialization at the beginning of 2025.
