The year 2025 was a record year for us in terms of growth in the residential market and stable performance in the commercial segment. Our portfolio of apartments in prime locations in Warsaw continued to grow, now representing over 60% of our real estate assets.
Among the completed investments during the year are spacious 3 and 4-room apartments in the Centre of Warsaw in the Towarowa Square and Towarowa Towers projects, as well as a 5-room penthouse in Towarowa Square. Near Rondo Daszyńskiego, we completed the renovation of a number of comfortable apartments in the Kolej na 19 compound.
Another completed investment in 2025 was a package of 3 and 4-room apartments in the Sadyba Spot building next to the Sadyba Best Mall.
All our apartments are air-conditioned and finished to the highest standard, equipped in collaboration with an interior designer. Currently, all apartments are fully leased and handed over to tenants.
In the commercial real estate segment, we selectively sold several projects, achieving a high return on invested capital.
We are proud to be recognized in the Forbes Diamonds awards ceremony for being one of the fastest growing companies in Poland for the first time. Forbes Diamonds ranking recognizes those companies which increased their value most over the past three years. Compound more than doubled its book value, significantly increasing its profitability.
