Compound signed a new lease of a retail unit at Dickesa 27 in Warsaw with currier services company Pakersi.The company offers professional currier services both domestic and international, striving to have the best commercial terms for its loyal customers.

It has been 10 years since Compound was registered in 2006 and from that time it has grown its portfolio from 2 retail units to 52 (both completed and in the construction phase). The company plans to continue its dynamic development in the segment of high street retail in Warsaw.

Compound signed a new lease agreement in Osiedle Gama Konratowicza Street with Oskroba Bakery – a chain of bakery shops. Oskroba Bakery is a well known chain of bakeries where fresh products are baked daily. Part of the leased space will be utilised by a co-located butchery shop.

Compound signed a preliminary purchase agreement to purchase 6 retail units with an area of 532 m² in Ursynovia Residential Complex on Anody street in the Warsaw Ursynow district. A chain pharmacy Apteka Cosmedica opened for business in Rezydencja Mokotow, Naruszewicza St. The pharmacy offers a full range of prescription drugs and over the counter medicine as well as cosmetics products. Cosmedica is known for its modern shop format and full range of health and beauty products.

A first tenancy agreement has been signed in April. Company is the owner of pharmacies Hibiskus. .

AudioKlan opened its flagship store in Rezydencja Mokotów  on Al. Niepodległości, commercial property owned by Compound. AudioKlan specialises in sales of  high quality Hi-Fi equipment for professionals and enthusiasts.

A new Globi supermarket in a property belonging to Compound in Willa Lindego opened its doors in December. Globi has immediately become popular amongst the residents of the Willa Lindego building and the Wawrzyszew neighbourhood.
