In July, we signed a lease agreement of a retail unit at ul. Puławska 111 in Warsaw. The new tenant is 7Sztuka – specialising in the sale of branded clothing. The opening of the shop is scheduled for 30/07/2018.

Compound signed a preliminary purchase agreement of 5 retail units with a total area of 430 m² at Cybernetyki 15 Street in Warsaw, Mokotów district. Premises will be available in the fourth quarter of 2019.

In March, we acquired new premises at. Starodęby 8 Street in Warsaw. The retail unit is rented by Pizza Hut restaurant. This is the beginning of our cooperation with the owner of the brand in Poland– AmRest Company.
