Compound signed a new lease agreement of a retail unit at Puławska111 A in Warsaw with a company representing financial sector andoperating across Poland.

In order to further improve return on capital employed, the company sold a commercial unit with the total leasable area of 209 m², Branickiego St. in Warsaw.

We have concluded a new lease agreement of a commercial unit in Rezydencja Mokotow with a Cafecoffee coffeehouse.Once opened Cofecoffee will offer delicious selection of coffees in elegant and modern interiors.

We have concluded another lease agreement of a commercial unit at Kondratowicza with Żabka Polska S.A. As of now the commercialisation of Kondratowicza stands at 85%. Currently Compound has 3 convenience shops leased to Fresh Market / Żabka group.

In order to improve return on capital employed, the company sold 4 commercial units at  Branickiego Street in Warsaw. Separately we concluded sale and lease back transaction of our headquarters at Grójecka 214.
