2020 will be remembered as a challenging year for business community especially companies specializing in retail sales and HORECA. Despite the recession related to the pandemic and thanks to our close business relationships we have managed to keep all our tenants.
We have continued to refurbish our newly constructed apartments for short term rental and have expanded our portfolio of leased commercial space. We have completed the renovation of 9 apartments in the prestigious complex Browary Warszawskie and 4 larger apartments in Mennica Residence .
We have successfully leased two retail units at Kasprowicza 68 and expanded Rossmann shop in the building. Three new tenants opened their shops at Anody 22 incl. Inpost, FirstLady and Speed Queen. We have started to successfully commercialize our retail units at Cybernetyki 15.
We are very proud that yet again we have expanded our portfolio of luxurious apartments at Złota 44. the most prestigious residential building designed by world famous architect Daniel Libeskind. With this purchase we have reconfirmed our position as the largest Polish investor in the building.
