We experienced the fastest growth of our property portfolio since the company was founded in 2006 last year. Taking advantage of a very strong demand for luxury apartments in Warsaw we have embarked on some 20 new projects in the residential segment. We are especially proud with the completion of a preliminary agreement to purchase 8 apartments comprising 3 and 4 rooms units and a spectacular 5 room penthouse with a large terrace overlooking Central Warsaw in the prestigious Grzybowska 37 apartment complex. We have also purchased several 2, 3 and 4 room apartments in Central House Mokotów is a building offering sports complex, owners club and panoramic terrace for all its residents. The number of our apartments in the vintage residential buildings in Central Warsaw grew by over 50%. Our commercial properties continued to perform strongly with the vacancy rate hoovering around 3%. Furthermore, we achieved full commercialization and partial sale of Cybernetyki 15 retail park. Despite turbulent market and financing cost increasing exponentially in 2022, we have never enjoyed such a dynamic growth, continuing well into 2023.
