Highlights from 2022

PODSUMOWANIE 2022

Last year, we experienced the fastest growth in our property portfolio since the company was founded in 2006. Taking advantage of a very strong demand for luxury apartments in Warsaw, we have embarked on some 20 new projects in the residential segment.

We are especially proud with the completion of a preliminary agreement to purchase 8 apartments comprising 3 and 4 rooms units and a spectacular 5 room penthouse with a large terrace overlooking Central Warsaw in the prestigious Grzybowska 37 apartment complex. We have also purchased several 2, 3 and 4 room apartments in Central House Mokotów, a building offering a sports complex, owners club and panoramic terrace for all its residents.

Our apartment count in vintage residential buildings in Central Warsaw grew by over 50%.

Our commercial properties continued to perform strongly, with the vacancy rate hovering at around 3%. We also achieved full commercialization and a partial sale of the Cybernetyki 15 retail park.

Despite a turbulent market and financing cost increasing exponentially in 2022, we have never enjoyed such a dynamic growth, continuing well into 2023.
