After completing a full commercialization of our Unique Tower apartment portfolio in Central Warsaw in 2022, we purchased an additional 3 large apartments in the building. The apartments include two 4-room apartments on the 27th floor, as well as the only penthouse in the building, comprising half of the last 28th floor with 270º panoramic views of the City. With this acquisition, we have become the largest investor in this iconic building.
