This month we finished complete renovation of another apartment for short-term rental. The portfolio of our apartments has been increasing steadily.

We completed the renovation of two apartments for short-term rental at Gagarina 33 Street in Warsaw. Upon completion, the bookings of both the apartments have been very strong.

We have signed a lease agreement of a retail unit at Puławska 257 in Melody Park. The new bar will be opening soon.

At the beginning of the year we have completed a preliminary agreement for the purchase of 11 apartments in a compound Vis a Vis Wola, close to planned metro station. The investment will be completed in early 2021

In the last days of December, another apartment for short-term letting was purchased. Located in the city center, it will be ideal for both business travelers and tourists.

In September, we have signed a new lease agreement of a retail unit at Aleje Niepodległości in Warsaw. The new tenant is Bonito.pl – a leader amongst online bookshops in Poland. Currently Compound has two units rented by Bonito.pl
