After five years in the iconic Złota 44 building, we moved our headquarters to our new penthouse in the Unique Tower in Central Warsaw. Our new office occupies half of the top 28th floor and is twice as large as our old one. It boasts several conference rooms, lounge areas, and even a private sauna. The underground parking has an ample amount of allocated parking spaces for employees and guests alike. With a portfolio including several three- and four-bedroom apartments, we are proud to be the largest Polish investor in Unique Tower.
Unique Tower is the only high-rise apartment building in Central Warsaw which contains both a 5-star hotel (Royal Tulip) and luxury apartments on the top floors. Both hotel guests and Unique Tower residents can take advantage of 5-star hotel facilities, including a restaurant, large fitness room, and electric car chargers.
