2021 was a very special year for Comound as we celebrated our 15th anniversary! We managed to grow our property portfolio and delivered a number of successful divestments.
Growing our property portfolio, we purchased all the commercial units at Rezydencja Barsa in Old Ochota District and acquired another apartment – penthouse at Mennica Residence.
During the year of rapid property price increases we have secured preliminary agreements to purchase several new apartments in Mokotow District and in the Centre of Warsaw.
Despite market challenges in securing contractors and a rapid growth of costs we have managed to renovate and furnish 11 apartments incl. at Zlota 44, Mennica Residence and Vis a Vis Wola. All the apartments were successfully rented.
During the year we were pleased to welcome as our tenants: Carrefour Express, Gorąco Polecam Bakery, Dobro & Dobro Cafe, Duży Ben, Zappka Store and opticians Brillen.pl
Taking advantage of a very hot market we divested number of properties incl. commercial units at Puławska 257, Rodowicza Anody 22 and Gagarina 33.
