In order to further improve return on capital employed, the company sold a commercial unit with the total leasable area of 209 m², Branickiego St. in Warsaw.

We have concluded a new lease agreement of a commercial unit in Rezydencja Mokotow with a Cafecoffee coffeehouse.Once opened Cofecoffee will offer delicious selection of coffees in elegant and modern interiors.

We have concluded another lease agreement of a commercial unit at Kondratowicza with Żabka Polska S.A. As of now the commercialisation of Kondratowicza stands at 85%. Currently Compound has 3 convenience shops leased to Fresh Market / Żabka group.

In order to facilitate our dynamic growth we have changed the supplier of accountancy and tax advisory service. As of January 2017 our new accountancy supplier is MDDP Outsourcing. A new lease was signed for the commercial unit at Pulawska 111 with Knopka Plus. The new shop will specialize in school materials and toys. We have also signed a new lease agreement with a beauty salon for a shop unit at Grojecka 214

Compound signed a new lease of a retail unit at Dickesa 27 in Warsaw with currier services company Pakersi.The company offers professional currier services both domestic and international, striving to have the best commercial terms for its loyal customers.

It has been 10 years since Compound was registered in 2006 and from that time it has grown its portfolio from 2 retail units to 52 (both completed and in the construction phase). The company plans to continue its dynamic development in the segment of high street retail in Warsaw.

Compound signed a new lease agreement in Osiedle Gama Konratowicza Street with Oskroba Bakery – a chain of bakery shops. Oskroba Bakery is a well known chain of bakeries where fresh products are baked daily. Part of the leased space will be utilised by a co-located butchery shop.
