Taking advantage of very favourable market conditions, we completed the divestment of several commercial properties over the last quarter. The commercial units were fully leased and located in Al. United States, Cybernetyki Street and Al. Rodowicza Anody. The divestment generated significant profit, enabling us to accelerate our growth ambitions in the Warsaw residential market.

We recently signed a preliminary agreement to purchase a 4 room apartment in Warsaw’s Holm House. The apartment is part of the coveted third stage of new developments by Skanska. Located in the heart of Mokotów (between Domaniewska and Zdziechowskiego streets), the apartment is a short stroll from Galeria Mokotów and the Wilanowska metro station. 

We successfully rented all of our 5 apartments in Central House Mokotów, immediately after completing their fit out. With the demand for luxury apartments in this building exceeding our expectations, we also purchased the last 6 flats remaining on sale by the developer. We have signed a new lease agreement of the remaining two retail units of 150 m²  at Cybernetyki 15. We have now completed the commercialization of Cybernetyki 15 retail gallery. The new tenant will soon open a Dance Studion POINT Mokotów – a second location of the POINT Dance Studios in Warsaw.
